Refund Policy

Rysesupps wants every order to arrive as expected. This policy explains returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds for purchases made through this store.

30-Day Returns and Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving your order, including a change-of-mind return. Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and issue return instructions.

Items should include their original packaging and all components. We may ask for an order number and photographs when they are needed to document damage, a quality concern, or an incorrect shipment.

Free Return Arrangements

For an eligible change-of-mind return or exchange, we pay the return shipping cost. We also pay return shipping when an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise has a verified quality issue. We will provide a prepaid return label or an equivalent no-cost return arrangement.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Custom or personalized goods, clearance items, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive items are not returnable. For health and safety, an ingestible supplement with a broken safety seal may be treated as hygiene-sensitive unless the return concerns a verified defect, damage, or shipment error.

Refund Timing

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require 5–10 business days to finish posting the credit.

Order Cancellations

An order may be cancelled before it ships. Once tracking confirms that an order has shipped, the return and exchange process in this Refund Policy applies.
